Comply with TRAI regulations. 4. Payment Terms Paid plans are billed monthly in INR (exclusive of taxes). Payments are non-refundable except as per our Refund Policy. 5. Data Privacy Your use is governed by our Privacy Policy. We process data per Indian data protection laws. 6. Service Availability We strive for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for third-party downtime. 7. Limitation of Liability GRH INFINITY MEDIA shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. 8. Termination We may suspend accounts violating these terms.
